The world is changing, and so are people. The old concept of sacrificing self-fulfilment for stability are slowly fading away. People are prioritizing their emotional, physical and mental well-being. One of the best ways to achieve this is through the ancient art of meditation.
This beautiful art form has been used for spiritual practices for thousands of years. But, the truth is that the benefits on our emotional, mental, and physical well-being can be just as powerful.
Why is Meditation important?
Mindfulness is a practice that is thousands of years old. It is a simple technique that anyone can use to improve their state of mind through the implementation of positive emotion. Through a simple system that can be best described simply as stillness. The practice of stillness aligns you with your natural state, which is spirit.
It has been shown to improve health and even reduce the risk of heart disease. To understand the effects of stillness or as it is better known, meditation, you first have to understand what your vibration is and why it is important.
Your higher vibrational state is measured by your emotions. When you’re happy, you’re vibrating at a higher frequency. When you are sad, you are working at a low vibrational frequency.
A simple meditation session is a great way of raising your vibration. If you are having a bad day, you can actually use meditation to instantly change your mood, raise your vibrational level and keep you grounded.
If you are reading this blog post, chances are you have heard about the benefits of meditation before. You have probably even tried it a few times or for a few minutes, and it did not really work out.
Do not get discouraged and give up. The art of stillness (what I also like to call it) has a lot of great benefits, but it is not a miracle cure.
It is a practice, and just like any other new skill, it takes time to master. So while I am not going to tell you how to master it in one day, I can tell you how to raise your vibration and change your life through meditation.
There are many types of meditation techniques out there, and I have tried quite a few, but the one I am going to talk about here is the easiest and most effective one I have found. It is also a great way to start your day because it can help you to put the right mindset for the rest of your day.

All you need is a few minutes and a quiet space. The purpose of meditation is to help you connect with your higher self and to help you become a more positive and loving person. It is a way to find peace in a world that seems to always be in a rush.
Now I see vibration as the subtle frequency of your consciousness or your emotions. The higher your vibration, the higher your frequency, the higher your frequency the more attuned you will feel to the source. This is normally signified when you will feel lighter.
On the other hand, the lower your vibration, the lower your frequency, and the heavier you feel. Vibration is a very important aspect of your life. So, if you are feeling heavy, stressed or sad, it’s time to raise your vibration and the energy in your body.
How Does Meditation Raise your vibration?
Meditation is a mystical practice that can be done alone or as part of a group. Now even though most people practice alone. In truth, when we meditate, we are not really alone. This is because our consciousness is connected to the world around us in ways that we have yet to discover.
When we meditate, we are altering our vibrations, much like tuning a radio to a specific frequency, and this affects the people around us and the world at large.
Remember, energy flows where attention goes.
You can think of your vibration as your aura or your energy field. It is an invisible energy that surrounds you, much like the magnetic field that surrounds the earth.
Some people call it Prana, some call it Life Force Energy, while others simply call it the Field. We all have different vibrations, and they are constantly affecting the world around us.
For instance, if you are feeling down, those around you will often end up feeling down as well. But if you are feeling happy, the people around you will often find themselves feeling happy as well.
Vibration is a powerful and complex concept that I don’t believe most people fully understand.
However, we all feel it. How many times have you referred to someone having a bad vibe or good energy this simply relates to the subtle frequencies your energy picks up on. We are walking antennas transmitting and receiving frequencies and vibrations.
This is simply the alchemy of the universe and an example of how we, as energetic beings, are wired. So try to see the positive in the world, look at your thought patterns and purify them with high vibrational emotions.
Shift your state of flow from negative to positive, and you’ll begin to rearrange physical matter to create a beautiful reality. This, my friends, is the essence of the Law Of Attraction and how you can manifest your dreams.

What is the Consciousness?
The soul is the essence that is present in all living things on this planet. It is the vibrating energy that animates our physical bodies, and each one is unique. We’ve all felt it, that warm tingling feeling that floats over your body, giving you a sense of peace, love, joy and even bliss.
That is your soul speaking to you through your emotions. It’s the one thing that connects all living beings on this planet. It’s what we all have in common.
The soul is the vibration of love, and as such, it’s the part of us that is capable of attracting Love. You see, the Law of Attraction is really the Law of Vibration. We are constantly putting out a vibration that either matches or does not match the things that we are looking to attract into our lives.
Consciousness is the state of being aware of one’s surroundings, feelings, thoughts and emotions. It is the faculty that allows us to experience the world around us and respond to it. In the simplest sense, it is the ability to feel, to be aware and to have sensations.
Consciousness is the life principle of the universe. It is how the creator experiences reality on its varying dimensional levels. Consciousness is the quantum connection that binds us all together, even if we do not realise it.
This is higher spiritual science. Put simply, all is one, and separation is an illusion, albeit a persistent one. Consciousness is the awareness of god that experiences realities through every one of us.
So align your thoughts and feelings with the energy of kindness and compassion, shift your mood from any negative thoughts and consciousness train yourself to work from a place of happiness and love.
