- Sit in a comfortable position with your eyes closed.
- Look up at a 20-degree angle.
- Repeat positive affirmations to help boost your energy & raise your frequency like a powerful positive mantra. Example “I am happy. I am loved, I am grateful”
- Consciously tap into high vibrational energies. Do this by saying to yourself. ” I am a high vibrational being” – Say it, feel it, be it!
- Once you’ve set the tone for your practice.
- Focus on the sensation of the breath going in and out of the body.
